"This was a wonderful little place on the outskirts of Krabi. The inn lady is an absolute delight and made us feel so welcomed. It’s was plain and simple and everything was clean! We enjoyed our time here and hope to be back soon! "

"Great area, walkable to dining and shopping. Staff is friendly and helpful. There’s fresh markets in town everything is about 15-20min walk, with variety of small shops, art and cultural museum along the way. Will recommend to visit the museums, very educational and beautiful pictures. You have a great Italian pizzeria next door as well as a fantastic outdoor restaurant/live music hangout. A Muay Thai boxing gym and regular gym a few steps down. The hotel offers scenic tours as well including an elephant sanctuary. Beds are a bit hard but we survived. Ac and small balcony, view will vary. Close to the pier to take ferry or speed boat to the other islands around. About 20min to Krabi airport. Great place to stay for transit or longer (if you’re planning to stay in Krabi town). Will definitely come back when I need to connect in Krabi."

"**DO NOT STAY HERE*** The hotel property description lists: restaurant, in-room refrigerator, and laundry facilities. None of these services existed. There was no restaurant and no in-room fridge (which we needed in order to keep medicine cold). We had to go to a different location in order to do our laundry when we arrived. The metal beds squeaked loudly whenever anyone moved so all night there was squeaking as my entire family tosses and turned on hard “mattresses” that were more like concrete slabs. The beds also do not have sheets but instead we were given one small blanket. There were also windows in the room, right above the heads of the beds, and directly under outside courtyard lights. So, it was impossible to get the room dark. Let’s not forget the lizards we had in the room (I counted 3 in just the time we were there). We were booked to stay three nights but at 2am of our first night I was kept awake by a group of men next door loudly yell-talking and banging on god knows what. I booked a new hostel for us in the area and we checked out of Pitta House by 8am. I have never reviewed a hotel because some places are hit or miss, I get it. I cannot, however, in good conscience let others book this hotel without this information as it is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my almost 40 years of life. My family and I are well traveled (over 25 countries) and have slept overnight in camping tents in the rain nicer and more comfortable than this hotel. I have no idea how thi"
