「Such a great stay for our trip to Smith Rock! The urth was so clean, fresh, and warm for our arrival late in the evening. Shower was hot and the bed was soo comfy after a day of hiking. We slept so well with the window open and the air smelling of juniper and sage. We went out for dinner at the nearby Sandbaggers bar and had breakfast there the next morning. Such a fantastic place to stay, quiet, clean and comfortable, five stars!!」

「Garbage on floor in room that wasn’t mine, white spots on floor, carpets in room and hallways were filthy. No elevator for ADA customer to access up stairs. Couldn’t hear night shift staff even after asking her to speak up. Refused to help after concerns of how the room looked. Ac/heater made horrible loud noise all night and didn’t cool the room. Breakfast was a standard breakfast but either burnt or over cooked. Morning staff had music so loud could understand him or talk amount selves and...
