「Property was booked from technical error and was cancelled within 30 minutes of the error occurring. Host refused to communicate with Vrbo and refused to refund charge and didnt update Vrbo until they called her again 2-3 days later 」

「Once we made contact with the owner, things went better. However, the original location was not adequate. The owner switched us from that location to another which was very nice. Still had a problem with the tv, but overall, we would recommend it. Feed the ducks!」
