What’s better than waking up and having a delicious cup of coffee? Waking up, having a delicious cup of coffee while sitting on the front porch of Alpine Lakeside Manor, watching the lake and nature wake with you.
Alpine Lakeside Manor is a beautiful, historic 1920s hunting cabin—the first one built at Alpine Lake. This home is actually the closest to the lake because it was built before the zoning requirements mandated homes to be a certain distance from the water. Staying at this home feels like stepping back in time. The beautiful, antique décor will keep you feeling as if you`ve traveled back in time throughout your entire stay.
This home comfortably sleeps 9 (11 w/pull out sofa in master) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
Main floor: King-size bed and queen bed, full size sofa bed in master
Second floor: Two full beds and one twin bed
When you enter this beautiful cabin, you’re greeted by the inviting living room with plenty of seating to enjoy the fire with friends and family. Off to the side, you`ll find the amazing master suite, which includes a king-size bed, an attached bath with a large whirlpool tub, and its own sitting area. There’s even a desk facing the lake, perfect for when you need to plug into the real world for a bit. (Please note: No fires are permitted in the fireplaces at this time. Fires made will result in a damage fee of $250.)
On the main floor, you’ll also find another bedroom with a queen bed, two full baths, and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms with easy access from either side. These rooms feature two full beds and one twin bed.
📅 Important Info Before You Book:
Age Requirement: Minimum age of 23 years required, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. A driver`s license will be required at the time of booking. Failure to meet this minimum age requirement upon check-in will result in eviction, with no refund for the entire stay.
Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind is permitted. If any signs of smoking or vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee.
🐾 Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome with a $100 non-refundable deposit per pet. All pets must be approved in advance. An additional fee of $500-$1000 will be charged for unapproved pets or if excessive cleaning or damage repair is required.
🛠️ Supplies:
This property includes a starter basket with dish soap, sponge, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Please note that linens, washcloths, towels, and dishes are provided. Guests will need to supply any other additional items such as shampoo, conditioner, and other personal supplies for the duration of the stay.
