「I loved the staff they were very polite, helpful and kind. The view was lovely and their balconies with the views. The breakfast was perfect and the expressos. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「Breakfast was worth skipping : coffee served cold as were scrabbled eggs. By 30 minutes after breakfast hour began, virtually no food left to be eaten.」

「Wonderful retreat for a few days and a nice respite from the liveliness of Palermo. Come here for relaxed sophistication and a remote, beautifully renovated Masseria. The pool and views were spectacular.」

「El departamento está muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y con buen mobiliario. Está justo en el centro de Palermo, junto a lugares históricos. A su alrededor hay restaurantes, bares y muchos lugares de convivencia. El autobús pasa justo en la esquina y para llegar a la estación de tren hay que caminar 10 minutos. La persona que administra el lugar es muy amable y muy servicial. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.」

「Struttura perfetta in centro città e si trova facilmente con il navigatore il primo impatto sembra una struttura non ristrutturata però quando si entra è bella come si vede nelle foto, la signora Marinella è super disponibile e gentile con i clienti e fa anche delle ottime collezione con torte e altro, noi ( io e la mia compagna) siamo molto contenti dei 3 giorni trascorsi qui, la struttura non ha dei posteggi però io l’auto lasciavo sul bordo strada insieme a altre auto.」

「The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...

「Loved the uniqueness of hotel. No 24 hr reception and staff seemed to change regularly however there is a phone number to call if needed. The staff I encountered were very nice. Breakfast was great and cafe staff were lovely. Quiet location in laneway and close to centre of town. Be aware there is no lift and the stairs are deep. A staff member carried my bags for me. The airport transfer company they used turned out to be a nightmare for me but that was more about the provider. I was initially...
