I received a bottle of wine from their own vineyard at check in which tasted wonderful and when I opened the door to my room a wave of fresh rosmary smell hit me, this was so pleasant.

Der Familienbetrieb lebt toskanische Gastfreundschaft. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abend-/Mittagessen waren wir hervorragend umsorgt. Laura, Marcello und Michelangelo lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Our stay in Pistoia turned out to be a really positive experience, thanks to the host’s warm and thoughtful care. When we first arrived, there was a light smell of smoke in the room and a minor issue with cleanliness. We let the host know, and they responded right away with genuine kindness. They arranged another room for us for the next two nights, and when we returned to the original room, everything had been taken care of and felt fresh and comfortable.
