"A very nice comfortable flat as a base for joining our family celebrations nearby. The stairs would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues and this should probably be mentioned in the description. Having said that we managed fine with some extra care and the bedroom on the same floor as the bathroom was useful. We had everything we needed and Peter was great to communicate with. Would happily stay again."

"Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally."

"The property is in a good location. Easy walk (2 long blocks) right into the heart of St Andrews. Reserved parking for your unit is very easy to navigate. Modern property. Nice shower w plenty of hot water. Beds are small. There is no early check-in; you can pay 25£ to check in at 3 instead of 4pm and another 25£ to check out at 11 instead of 10. I had to make 2 requests to find out this information. Difficult check-in. The key was not in the lockbox. No one returned my call (Sunday afternoon)...

"Quaint tidy apartment located with several other units in the same building, on the ground floor. Decent kitchen with induction and electric oven/grill. Equipped with basic pots, pans & utensils. Nice shower with good water pressure. Good size bedrooms with clean comfortable beds. Great location short walk to center of town, shops, pubs & restaurants.
