「Clean and spacious room, delicious and healthy breakfast, friendly and helpful staff... I don't find anything to complain of. It is located three minutes from Kings Barns Golf Links and 20 minutes from the town of Saint Andrews. 」

「Lovely location right by the water. Well decorated, clean room off a little walkway to the back of the main building which was super quiet. Parking near the hotel was a bit of a challenge as it seemed to be the peak summer season but the staff were helpful to point out a free parking lot a short walk away from the hotel. The breakfast was a highlight, with lots of options to choose from and wonderfully attentive staff. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed exploring the waterfront area...

「Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel e siamo stati molto soddisfatti: camera tripla molto spaziosa e ristrutturata, letti comodi; la seconda camera prenotata, una doppia, aveva la vista sul mare ed era molto affascinante vedere il continuo cambio di panorama per la marea. Anche questa molto confortevole seppur piccola. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è stata eccellente, con diverse scelte tra dolce e salato e di ottima qualità. 「This is a lovely hotel in a row of historic cottages along a street right by the Broughty Ferry waterfront and within easy walking distance to the shore on one side, and shops and restaurants on the other. Street parking in front of the hotel was free although it did take a few trips around the block to find a space during the mid afternoon. We used the pub in the ground floor as a meeting spot for friends and also really enjoyed the breakfast selection. Thank you for a wonderful stay.」
