Loved this hotel. Warm welcome on arrival, nice location, beautiful room. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a nice surprise too. The reception staff were lovely. Had a slight problem with the billing but when I called them they refunded the extra charge quickly and efficiently. Overall a lovely place to stay in Dundee.

We stayed at the Hotel Indigo for just one night but the staff at reception were extremely helpful with their recommendations for bars and restaurants and the bar staff made us some delicious cocktails. The room itself was spacious and well maintained. The hotel is in a great location with M&S just over the road. We would definitely stay again.

On site restaurant was nice. Top 5th floor skylights were unique but did not provide a view of Dundee. The staff at restaurant and front desk were great but general feel was place could use a good cleaning up. Room walls were dirty and in need of a paint job. King bed and pillows were great.

Nice hotel and room, with lovely common spaces as well. We did not use the restaurant as ate out in the city including breakfast from a great little cafe van near the V&A but this is a good amenity should you need it Only thing I’d mark this down for is the location - it’s not the nicest walk into the city centre whichever route you take so other hotels are probably better located if you’re arriving by train but this has parking if you’re coming by car
