"掃除が行き届いていませんでした。具体的には①ガスレンジ台の食材の残　②冷蔵庫内にチョコレートと水が残っていたこと。③ベット下収納に避妊具の未使用分あり。④クローゼット内の引き出し内のタオル散乱。⑤ベッド下、引き出し奥の埃とゴミ。いずれも気持ちの良いものでまったくありません。これからも利用したいとは思いますが、必ず清掃は完璧にしていただきたいと思います。"

"Beautiful, newer, clean hotel. Room is small, but very comfortable. Excellent amenities. Close to Tenmonkan shopping area and transportation. Breakfast buffet had many options. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. I would return. "

Adjacent to Kagoshima station!

"Lovely hotel as part of the Kagoshima station complex. The entrance from the station is very convenient but we found it hard to find at first. We would encourage future visitors to be familiar with where they need to go after getting off the train. It's easy when you know how! The gentlemen who assisted us with our check in (Nake?) was excellent and is to be commended. "
