"Location and staff are great. Breakfast is ok. The carpet inside the room is damp and needs to be replaced. The bathroom needs a vent to air out the heat from the shower."

"Everything about this stay was excellent. At one point, a staff member saw me holding an ice bag in the hallway of the floor where my room was (which did not have an ice machine), and he offered to go get the ice for me and brought it to me in my room. The room was nice and very clean. My only regret was that there was no microwave. The location is perfect for walking downtown Knoxville. There is so much to see and do there and too many great restaurants to choose from. I would definitly stay here if I'm ever in Knoxville again."

"The hotel was nice enough and the breakfast was good. The parking situation isn't the best. You have to park in a garage down the street and let them know each time you go in so they can validate your parking. Staff was great!"
