It is a traditional Canarian house built in the twentieth century partially renovated that retains all its charm. It has all the comforts and high-quality equipment to enjoy a magnificent stay. It has a spacious well-decorated living room, very bright with comfortable armchairs. TV with cable television and next to it a spacious office with a comfortable work table with unlimited high-speed internet connection.It has 3 bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes to store your travel clothes. A dining room that preserves the dishes and antique furniture that will make you feel like in the last century.The kitchen has been renovated and has a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and all appliances. It has a small table with 4 chairs and a small terrace with a table and 2 chairs.The bathroom has also been renovated and has a comfortable shower tray and screen. Very bright.Regarding the outdoor areas, it has a pleasant interior patio ideal for reading, relaxing and sharing, as well as a nice roof terrace from where you can see beautiful rooftops and beautiful views on sunny days.The accommodation is exclusively for the use of guests. Our house is located in the nerve center of the city of La Laguna. A few steps from the Cathedral rebuilt at the beginning of the 20th century and in the commercial area. Pedestrian and commercial area, historical complex, leisure area, squares and parks and the University of La Laguna.Our location makes your visit perfect to explore this beautiful world heritage city.The central lagoon is an ideal area for walking. From the main bus station (called guaguas en canarias) you can move around the entire island. You can also take the tram that connects La Laguna with Santa Cruz, the island's capital, on a pleasant journey of approximately 40 minutes.If you prefer, you can also rent a car to explore the island in more depth and without time limitations. If you have a car, we will put at your disposal a car park near the house for use during your stay. We have a night pass which will allow you to park for free from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Rest of hours it is possible to park but it will have an additional costs per hour that will be informed at the end of the stay.
For your safety and in compliance with current regulations, prior to your arrival we will ask for your identification. It is mandatory to provide this information before your arrival because if you do not do so, access to the home may be denied.Likewise, the home has a smart lock and access to it is done autonomously at your convenience. To do this, it is mandatory to have a device with a mobile data connection and sufficient battery.
