It was a nice place. From the outside the hotel looks nice but the hotel room was very old. If we would have had a different room I would rate iy higher. The room was very old!

Authorities have to revalidate the claim of this hotel being 4 star hotel. It our opinion it is not even one star. - has tv but not working - has fridge but not working - has Internet but takes 1 hr to download 1mb data - excellent Christmas Dinner which was recycled for 3 days Very very unfriendly staff which refused to give glass of water for a child who was desperately need of water, as we were half bearded. No/limited transportation facilities to main tenerife attractions. We stayed here for 7 days with more or less same Dinner/breakfast on almost all days. It has kids play area which was too expensive. I would sincerely request guests to look for alternatives accommodation rather than this place which does not care for customers service. When i requested staff for glass of water, response was "we have rules to follow and we cannot break rules and give water to our halfboard customers during lunchtime" this is the attitude of staff here.

The service team was great. They were very polite friendly and quick. On the other hand the Hotel itself looked a little waren off. The furniture was old. The bathtub was leaking resulting in a wood swelling of the door and door frame. Other parts of the room were not in place too. For example the wood cover of the closet etc.

La habitación era horrible. Vieja, olía a cerrado, nos encontramos varias cucarachas y había una gotera en el techo del baño. Menos mal que solo nos quedábamos una noche más no hubiéramos aguantado. No repetiría jamás.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was a generous space with apply cooking and eating facilities. The room is plain - no frills - pictures, ornaments etc. We had buffet meal in the evening and good choice well presented. Same with breakfast,good selection tasty etc. Cannot comment on the location as we were there one night.

Wouldn’t recommend
The beds were horribly uncomfortable and slid around on the ground like skates. The comforter was hardly a blanket. Also, I drank the tap water and became sick with a stomach bug almost immediately. Was in bed for the next 12 hours.

3 night stop over before travelling on to another island. Generally pleasant hotel, but we were off season. Might get busy in high season. We were self catering, kitchen facilities good, and several restaurants within walking distance as well as the coastal footpath

Saved us!
We had to book last minute due to a flight cancellation by the disgraceful Wizz air. The hotel is 10 mins from airport, has a local bus for 2.70 single fare or 13 for a taxi. The area is quiet but nice view close to the sea. Few shops and restaurants / bars around. The hotel is large, a tad dated but I paid 60 for a one night stay with breakfast for two last minute so can't grumble at all. The hotel has an amazing shop where you can buy CHEAP alcohol. 3 for bottle of ok wine, food a tad expensive. Hotel was ean, nice pool, happy hour offers etc. All in all a good stay under the circumstances. Breakfast was ok in the morning.

We have stayed at the Golf Plaza many times and have never been disappointed! We stayed in a 2 bedroom appt with my elderly parents. The accommodation was clean and spacious and the “welcome pack” of essentials and addition of robes and slippers was much appreciated! We used the restaurant for dinner on 4 of our seven nights and were really impressed with the quality and choice of food. We also felt that the hotel operated very safely in terms of Covid. The staff in the reception, restaurant and poolside bar were all very friendly. We will definitely be going back!

Slitt rom og myr trafikkstøy.
Rommet er gammelt og slitt! Fikk et rom mot hovedgata med en del trafikk (også om natta). Ingen plass å sitte inne på rommet. Sofaen var gammel og ødelagt. Tok inn campingstoler for å noe å sitte på. Badet hadde en lekkasje slik at når du dursjet ble det bløtt og farlig glatt på gulvet. Med et gammelt badekar å stå oppe i, er ikke dette en løsning for pensjonister. Senga var ok og frokosten var ok. Har bestilt dette hotellet til en tur også i februar, MEN tror vi vil prøve å finne noe bedre.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. On the negative side no room heating and sofas very uncomfortable
