El mando de la television estaba muy pero muy sucio. Vale, la tele no es una prioridad pero acabamos de salir de una pandemia y el mando lleva muchos germenes. Es un detalle muy facil de olvidar. Mas una observacion que queja.

Chambre au 10e étage avec vue à 180° sur la mer, magnifique. Chambre petite mais propre et confortable. Pratique car disponible samedi soir et bien situé près de la plage et près du centre. Personnel sympathique.

No fuy a este hotel ya que estaba cerrado, y Expedia en ningún momento que informó de ello, fuy yo el que tubo que gestionar todo con la cadena hotelera para ver en qué hotel me iban a realojar. Un caso por parte de Expedia tremendo y nefasta gestion

Hôtel à proximité de la playa Jardín. Bien entretenu. Personnel de la réception aimable mais pas très utile, ni spécialement serviable. Les cocktails au bar sont des succédanés de cocktails célèbres, buvez autre chose. Sinon, bon rapport qualité/prix. Massages top et pas chers du tout.

Leider war das Hotel wohl überbucht und ich musste die erste Nacht in einem anderen Hotel übernachten.Dafür bekam ich statt Halbpension dann den All Inklusive Tarif und natürlich die Taxikosten ersetzt. Das fand ich sehr nobel.

El hotel un poco antiguo pero tiene todos los servicios. Se agradeceria un espejo en la habitacion. El personal lo mejor del hotel siempre dispuestos a hacerte pasar u a estancia agradable. La situacion inmejorable para conocer el norte de la isla y la estacion de autobuses al lado. El desayuno formidable y la comida y cena bastante aceptable. Vuelvo a recalcar el personal excelente .

La Piscine gagnerait à être un peu chauffée, car même fin juillet début Aout il n'y presque personne qui s'y baigne y compris les habitants d’Europe du nord. Cela serait en plus un atout commercial pour cet établissement car les autres hôtels ne chauffent pas leur piscine non plus.

Estimada Esther, Gracias por su comentario sobre nuestro establecimientom. Permítanos indicar que nos sorprende el escenario que describe y que no se ajusta a los estándares que nos caracterizan. Somos conscientes que nuestro establecimiento no es el más nuevo, pero lo mimamos con la finalidad de que esté en las condiciones óptimas de comodidas y funcionalidad. Nos entristece enormemente que decidiera no alojarse en nuestro establecimiento así mismo agradecemos sus comentarios sobre lo contenta que ha quedado con el trato recibidopor parte de nuestros compañeros. Efectivamente todos nuestros servicios tienen un horario y la piscina está limitada a razones objetivas de temperatura exterior, uso racional de los servicios, limpieza de la misma, uso de productos químicos (tratamiento sanitario diario) así como la presencia de nuestro socorrista. Nuestro concepto de establecimiento no excluye ni se dirije a ninguna edad especificamente, y es posible que en ciertas épocas del año la media de edad aumente, pero ello no excluye a otras franjas de edades, nacionalidades etc... Esperamos que hayan disfrutado de un buen viaje de regreso a casa y estaremos encantados de volverlos a saludar en el futuro en uno de los establecimientos de nuestra cadena, en los principales destinos vacacionales de todo el mundo. Allora l’hotel nel suo complesso è decisamente buono il cibo è discreto ed è il linea con la qualità del ristorante di tutta l’isola ovviamente niente a che vedere con il cibo di casa nostra unica nota un po’ negativa è il Wi-Fi a pagamento L’hotel è situato a nord dell’isola dove ci sono le migliori attrazioni e i posti da visitare vi consiglio loro park se si desidera spiaggia e sole cuocente bisogna andare a sud consiglio Playa de las America s’Se avete bisogno di spostarvi in hotel c’è uno sportello dove potete noleggiare un’auto conveniente circa 20 € al giorno e lì la benzina costa attorno all’euro al litro perciò molto più conveniente che spostarsi con i mezzi o con il taxi

The hotel is old The food is below standard The staff were fabulous and friendly If you stay all inclusive you have to serve yourself however if you only pay for room only you get waited on hand and foot I really dont get that !!! Wouldn't stay again

Ja ha,åter ett hotell som INTE når upp till sin ranking. Inga större fel på rummet. Men sängarna och dito sängkläder. Hå,hå ja,ja. Skulle vara utbytt för MÅNGA år sedan. Etersom vi bor på hotell över 30 nätter på ett år så har vi stor erfarenhet av restauranger och detta hotell kan vi verkligen inte rekommendera. Förhållandevis dåligt utbud av maträtter( trots att det är buffé ) och var dom hittat dessa ytterst mediokra råvarorna i detta matland är en gåta.Smakade deras ” husets rödvin” en kväll och trodde det var ett skämt. Iskallt är allt jag kan säga om det som presenterades i glaset. Och vilken huggsexa det var om det som låg på faten... stress,stress stress och det gällde även personalen. Du hade armbågar på dig både högt och lågt. Men personalen för övrigt gjorde sina arbetsuppgifter bra.

creo que este hotel ha olvidado su funcion principal que aquella es de hacer dormir la gente con comodidad. los colchones inconfortables hasta que te duelen la espalda, el bano danado con banera antigua, no muestras, no servicio de té y café. no es digno de un 4 estrella.

Siamo già venuti tre volte in questo hotel. Posizione per noi stupenda . Personale attento e gentile e disponibile. Alcune cose però andrebbero migliorate. I divani dovrebbero essere nuovamente rivestiti nella hall e le camere dovrebbero essere un po rinnovate specialmente i materassi.Cibo buono e variegato forse più per non italiani ma comunque passabile. Aceptable hotel, descanso regular
El hotel en sí es muy completo y no falta de nada. Las habitaciones, aunque tiene aspecto de que en algún momento se renovaron, son muy amplias pero los colchones están mas que echos polvo. El baño también es enorme pero es bastante sobrio al sólo haber artículos de cortesía dos pastillas de jabón y un dispensador de gel en la.ducha q lo rellenan. Tiene secador de pelo pero es de juguete, tendrás que llevarte el tuyo si lo necesitas. El desayuno y cena sí estaba bien, amplia variedad y calidad aceptable. Disponen de una plancha donde cocinan en el momento carnes, pescados, etc. Los postres regular. El personal un 10, amables y atentos en todo momento. El hotel es de 4 estrellas, pero obviamente una de ellas se perdió x el camino; Le doy un 6 sobre 10 por lo incómodo de los colchones, que es algo fundamental que esté en buen estado. He estado en varios hoteles del Puerto de la Cruz y parece q todos sufren del mismo mal: antiguedad y escasa renovación.

Ganz nettes Hotel, dessen Vorteil eindeutig die Zentrale Lage zur Stadt, dem Busbahnhof und dem Loro Park ist. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber, aber, wie das gesamte Gebäude etwas "in die Jahre" gekommen. Das Personal ist von A bis Z überall freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem aber ein schöner Aufenthalt ohne besondere Vorkommnisse oder Reklamationen.

Goed hotel elke dag doen ze je kamer. We hadden pech met het matras was erg hard, hebben helaas hier geen melding van gemaakt . Onbijt en warm eten was prima. Wij hadden halfpension. Hotel ligt dicht bij het strand en het centrum op 10 minuten lopen. Er waren hier weinig Nederlanders
