「Thank you for letting us use your place for Valentine’s Day weekend. The apartment was clean and had every amenity possible. When we’re in New York again I hope to stay here again.」

「Overall, good stay here. The location cannot be beat. Close to L line to get to Brooklyn/Williamsburg, walkable to SoHo and near by neighborhoods. The space was great accommodations for 1-2 people. The space was quiet, clean, comfortable, cozy. Having a full kitchen, fridge etc was nice options to have. Plenty of cafes, coffee, restaurants to choose from. Would stay again. 」

「The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's in a nice neighborhood, very picturesque and close to downtown Manhattan. As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. Keep in mind that you have to climb three flights of stairs, which can be tough if you're tired from walking around the city. Otherwise, it's impeccable. 」

「Cute apartment in a great location. Host was very responsive to questions and provided clear directions on how to access the unit, etc. Beware, the stairs leading to the apartment are a bit treacherous- steep and quite narrow. Not the easiest to navigate with a large suitcase, so pack light! 」

Thanks Claudia!From a city noise perspective, there isn’t much insulation between the master bedroom and the street - you can hear everything. This wasn’t a problem for us, but I could understand light sleepers or people hoping for a quiet or romantic stay being turned off.For communication, Claudia was great and very detailed.
