「clean room, great location, many small things were problematic and if fixed would greatly improve the property - e.g., change the shower head, replace lightbulbs that were not working, etc.」

「The location was great and there was plenty of space for us. The beds were comfortable. It was incredibly convenient for our girls trip!」

「Location was beyond perfect!!! Very close to Subway, City Bike stations (highly recommend as a way to see all the sights) and restaurants. Only a few blocks from Penn Station. Couldnt say anything bad about the place itself-pictures are exact. Only small issues were a delay in cleaning upon arrival (contacted Claudia and cleaner came right away) and the lack of extra essentials for an extended stay (trash bags, towels, etc.). Street noise is extreme but I didn't expect anything else in the city....

「A great location, close to theatres, restaurants and museums. Clean and easy to access. Surprisingly soundproof! Alex was very responsive which we appreciated. A good place to be your home base when seeing the city. 」

So I do feel obligated to say this place is horrible, value your money and just book a hotel room, sleep in van it will be more comfortable than this place. Don't know where to start, bathroom door are swinging doors that have a gap in it, no towels, no storage, horrible beds...」

「Die Zimmer sind wirklich nur zum Schlafen gedacht, ich denke, so war es auch gedacht. Wenn Sie also nur eine Unterkunft zum Übernachten suchen, ist es in Ordnung, aber für einen richtigen Urlaub ist es nicht so toll. Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur wenige Schritte vom Herzen des Times Square entfernt. Das Personal ist gut.」

「The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Sadly, the bathtub in the bathroom would clog up after showering. The tiniest trash can was all we had along with 1 pan to cook with. Also, there wasn’t enough blankets for 5 people so we had to go out and buy one. But Toju was nice enough to Cash App us back.」

「Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient. Something to keep in mind there’s not a lot of places to hang up stuff to dry if you need to. The kitchen is small but functional. We didn’t use the stove but there is...
