"This hotel gave us a much needed escape. It is simple and quaint, and also clean and quiet. We did a lot of hiking and this gave us a nice place to sleep and recover. They also have saunas available. That was a sweet surprise."

"It was a really great setup for traveling in family groups. The main part of the condo had a full kitchen, dining area and living room. Each bedroom suite had a private bathroom with whirlpool tub(!), balcony, and was totally private from the common area. It was a great, quiet stay and the activities provided by Bluefin Bay were a nice add on!"

"Great North Shore Getaway! Really enjoyed the thoughtful use and decoration of the cabin. Loved the gas stove and top quality kitchen utensils and serving ware. The record player was a pleasant surprise and fun to use. Enjoyed a fire each night. The location was great - we explored around Grand Marais and took a day trip to Grand Portage. Overall an excellent experience!"
