「Never again. It stated on our reservation, daily housekeeping. When we asked about new towels and cleaning our room, they were horrified. So the room never got cleaned and we had to use the same towels the whole time there. I might add, if you want a good night sleep then this place isn’t for you. The loud music next door every night is atrocious.」

「申し訳ないほどの料金で滞在させていただきました。施設面、シャワ－の出が悪かったり、お湯の温度が熱いか冷たいか極端だったりしますが、部屋は清潔、家具もとてもキュ－トです。余分にバスタオルをいただいたり、ドライヤ－も前もってリクエストしておけばちゃんと洗面所に用意されていたり　スタッフは常に笑顔で対応します。今回は娘と二人旅で、二人ともが別のアクシデントで別の日に医者にかかるという事態に陥りましたが、迅速丁寧親切に対応していただき、とても頼りになるスタッフで心強かったです。ロビ－でスタッフとの女子トークが最高に面白かったし本気で帰国が寂しいと思えるホテルでした。」

「バリ舞踊のティルタ・サリが行われるプリアタン村には徒歩10分とかからず歩いて行ける。付近には夜遅くに食事が取れるカフェ・レストランが数軒しかなく，それだけが不便。部屋はきれいで広く，スタッフはフレンドリーで，朝食も美味しく最高だった。」
