Viking Vista 309: Ski, Soak, Sip
This Viking Lodge Penthouse checks all your mountain boxes! As a top floor unit with massive windows and great views of both the north aspect of the valley and the ski area, guests will enjoy an elevated perspective and a central location within the town of Telluride. Steps from lift 7, the gondola & downtown Telluride. Spread out between 3 bedrooms and an inspiring living room w/ fireplace, patio, loft & work area. Guests also have access to the pool & hot tub for après the right way!
THE SPACE:
Enter into a large mud room with ample space to store your gear and mountain apparel followed by a full kitchen and stunning living room (with fireplace!) framed by double height windows looking across the Telluride Valley! There is a northwest facing patio attached to the living room making for a great morning coffee and afternoon cocktail location! The master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath area also on this level. Up the stairs guests will find a large built in workstation, a full bath and two bedrooms. The second bedroom has two double bunks and a single bed. The third bedroom has a built in single bed with a double fold-out bed. There is a stacked washer and dryer unit for guest use and ample storage for extended stays.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Viking Vista 309 is located in central Telluride and close to the hip and hidden eateries of THERE bar and Siam Thai food. The San Miguel River flows just behind the penthouse where guests will find the lovely river trail that runs east to west through the Telluride Valley. Stroll riverside into downtown Telluride (3 blocks) or out on to our wild Valley floor (1 block) or catch the free Galloping Goose shuttle outside the condo and get anywhere in town in minutes! Lift 7 is s snowball's throw away and you can ski to within 75 yards of the condo at days end!

Great location

Great property in Telluride. Comfortable beds and bedding, clean, quiet. Easy walk to restaurants and main downtown area. Grocery store 1 minute walk away. Definitely would stay again.

Amazingly well equipped ski headquarters
Delighted by all the supplies and amenities. This condo was even better than described online and the owners were very proactive and friendly in their communication. I would definitely stay in this property again.

Perfect Spot for a Ski Trip
Loved this condo. The location was perfect for us to walk to the gondola, ski all day, apres in Mountain Village, take the gondola back, hit the hot tub, and then grab dinner in town. The location is great for a ski trip!

Excellent for skiing & tele-commuting
Excellent unit that's a 5-minute walk to chair 7, close to Clark's Market, and an easy walk to the many restaurants in town. Good internet access — three of us were sometimes tele-working at the same time. Great support from the hosts & maintenance folks. We were sad to leave. A

Special Ski Trip
I really loved this property! It was super charming yet updated and well designed. Our host was super responsive! Close to everything! Across the street from one of my favorite restaurants in town (Siam)!

Fall break getaway

Great spot
This property was great! Very clean and spacious for our group of four. Soaps, detergents, and shampoos were fully stocked. Beds and couches were very comfortable. Walkable to town. Especially liked the app that contained all info needed about the property. No complaints!

Wonderful stay!
This was our first time in Telluride and we had a wonderful time! The place was clean and well decorated and we had plenty of room for our family of 7. We enjoyed the pool and the easy walk to the grocery store, Wine Mine, restaurants, and the gondola. We hope to return!

Hiking Telluride, First Visit
First time to Telluride, what a beautiful mountain resort community and breathtaking mountain scenery; springtime waterfalls and hiking scene doesn't get much better.
Condo was superb, exceeded expectations. Luxurious, lots of bed space, well equipped kitchen, and the views out the living room and master were breathtaking. Great floorplan. Owner was super responsive, easy to work with. Look forward to coming back.
