Welcome to Blue Mesa Lodge 23c, an AvantStay home!
This Mountain Village core hotel room is perfect for couples! The spacious ski-in/ski-out studio has a kitchenette, balcony, and great access to everything Mountain Village has to offer.
This Blue Mesa Lodge unit is located on the second floor and has elevator access. Upon entering the unit, guests pass a bathroom on the left before entering the main living space. This studio has one main living room that includes a large king bed, flatscreen TV with a DVD player, a small two-seat bistro set, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a microwave, two-burner stove, sink, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, and starter coffee. There is no oven.
The bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
The Blue Mesa Lodge is located in the heart of the Mountain Village core with ski-in, ski-out access. There is a ski locker available for guests.
All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

- There is no A/C at this property.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy (2) must be adhered to at all times.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The complex offers a common laundry room (located on the third floor) and ski lockers for each unit.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
- Please note that the golf course is members-only, and guests do not have access to it.
Parking Details:
- Paid parking is available at the Heritage Parking Garage ($30 per night, $60 for extended vehicles, $48 daily max) and the Gondola Parking Garage (max $50 per day), both located on Mountain Village Boulevard.
- There is no street parking.
A pack n' play travel crib, and a high chair are available upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
