「I was unfortunately in an incredibly warm room (in part due to weather, but also the orientation which meant it got the full evening sun and no breeze) - this was room 104. The room was a decent size and reasonably clean, but given the weather, which is it being made up with a duvet and no sheet underneath (between that and the bed). The bathroom had cracked floor tiles which were very uneven with sharp edges and there was toothpaste marks splashed all over the wall by the sink, which means...

「In a lovely setting location, just on the edge of the town, pleasant stroll, passing a couple of pubs. Had a great meal at night. Good choice on the menu. Well cooked food for breakfast, lovely bread, cereal, fresh fruit. Good for parking and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Will use again, very handy for Blists Hill especially now it’s a National Trust property.」

「We booked last minute to stay local for our son’s football event, and we had such a wonderful stay that we are already looking to come back. The local area is beautiful, especially Ironbridge. We ate dinner at the hotel and were so impressed that we personally thanked the chefs. Frankie, Chris, Carl, and Brad — you did an amazing job. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection, the mussels were delicious, and our son even loved the pizza from the children’s menu. Dom was working behind the bar...
