Vacation Home 'Lis - Finca La Suerte Grande' with Mountain View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Finca La Suerte Grande is an ecological farm of 35,000 meters, located in the city of Telde, with a great variety of fruit trees.

It is difficult to find places with so much nature in the middle of the city, this place has been restored and opened to the public in 2022.

The farm has 7 holiday homes, located in different areas of the farm (we are not a hotel).



First location:

El Pozo. So called because inside it was once located the machinery that extracted water from the well of the farm. Now it has been converted into a two-storey loft with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Garden with private pool.



Second location

La Casona. It is made up of 5 holiday homes (Cala, Musa, Lis, Iris and Dalia). It has been restored maintaining its original stone, creating an authentic Canarian environment.

The capacity of each holiday home is two people, plus sofa bed in some of them, have a terrace overlooking the garden, pool, washer and dryer are communal.



Third location

Jacaranda. Individual housing, with two floors overlooking a large garden, located near La Casona. It shares the pool, washing machine and dryer with the apartments located in La Casona. We recommend the use of a vehicle to stay on the farm, as there are several areas of accommodation.

Telde is located in the east of Gran Canaria. It is 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the capital and 25 minutes from the Maspalomas area. The area of medical services, pharmacies and supermarkets are just a few minutes walk from La Finca La Suerte Grande, as well as the Basilica of San Juan, you can also find a variety of restaurants and cafes such as Tasca El Flamboyan, Vinoteca San Juan ... Next to the Finca, there is a service station called El Cubillo with a mini-market and a restaurant where you can eat very well and at a good price.



The apartment Lis,



It is located in Finca La Suerte Grande, an ecological farm in production... located in the city of Telde. Lis is an apartment that is inside the Casona, where you can find 4 more apartments. It has capacity for 4 people with living room - kitchen, bathroom, 2 single beds and 1 double bed, (the bedrooms are connected without doors, being the double integrated in the living room) plus a terrace, Lis shares facilities with 5 other apartments.
