The 120 m apartment offers a luxurious experience for all types of visitors.

It has 3 spacious bedrooms with a large living room and balcony.

The apartment is 3 min walk from the beaches of Bat Yam, from the promenade, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is in a new neighborhood called: "Park Ha Yam".

This is a luxury neighborhood in the city of Bat Yam, very developed.

The neighborhood has an impressive boulevard of towers with a spectacular view of the sea. Shopping and shopping centers and a variety of attractions for families, groups and more.

Getting Around:
The city has lots of public transportation points based mostly on buses.

4. Parties - the apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.

5. We require a 1500-3000 NIS security deposit, and it must be done through Duve FrontDesk. The amount of the security deposit will depend on how big the apartment that you booked is. It is a refundable fee if there is no damage in the apartment.
