「Beautiful house in a beautiful location. We arrived on a cooler day in November but the house always stayed warm. Note that this is not the Tejeda you probably heard of but a much smaller village. However, it’s 400m lower and therefore warmer. We appreciated the quiet. 」

「Wir hatten die Woche vom 27.01.2022 bis 03.02.2022 gebucht, im Bewusstsein, dass es in den Bergen im Januar kühl sein könnte und deshalb Wert gelegt auf „Heizung im Apartment vorhanden“. Die ersten Tage dieser Woche waren nachts nur circa 6 °C, tags circa 14 °C. Am frühen Abend wurde es im Haus von Stunde zu Stunde kälter. 「Una estancia magnífica. Comida buena, algo repetitiva, pero rica. Equipo del restaurante estupendo, especialmente Cruz, muy atento y amable. El equipo de animación, lo mejor del hotel: se nota que les encanta su trabajo, mil actividades durante el día para niños y adultos, y montan los shows de la noche que son lo mejor del hotel. Se aparca con facilidad, la playa está lejos, pero hay bus. Al ladito de las dunas. Muy buena experiencia.」

「Lovely bungalow which had everything you need for a self catering holiday. Bungalows have reserved sun loungers with an umbrella which is good. Supermarkets, various shops, restaurants and bars only a short walk.The staff are really friendly and helpful. 」

「Amazing hotel and staff! Everything was lovely: the breakfast at Toscana, the two gentleman at the Unique pool, the pools are amazing! There were a few staff that acted like they didn't want to be there, however everyone else was amazing and made up for those members of staff. I will definitely be returning here!」

「We came to this hotel not very happy because we had to pay for my 2 kids which I was told where not in my reservation although when i did my booking I put my 2 kids and their age Expedia told me I didn’t put them. It’s wasn’t true but because I had no time to check for any other place I had to pay 490€ extra. So i went to this hotel not very happy, but for my greatest surprise we had a wonderful time in the hotel, everyone was so good in their mansion my kids enjoyed every day of their stay in...
