「In an excellent position to access the beachfront, the estuary and the town cafes shops and restaurants. All a short walk away. Very quiet. Good breakfast. 」

「Very impressed. Although the room was a bit dated it was spotlessly clean. The garden and views are very impressive and the staff were helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast and the swimming pool area was very modern. We used it twice and had it to ourselves! I'd put it above 3 stars.」

「This property was in a great location near to sea and town centre. It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth. 」
