"Was surprised they were doing exterior renovations on exterior of building outside my balcony. Very loud, paint chips on balcony and inside room. Net obstructed view. Hotel very dated furniture probably 30 or 40 years old in sitting area on 9th floor. Staff was helpful with metro and luggage. Room staff very helpful and apologetic for mess."

"This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I stayed for three nights and they never cleaned the room. I have asked but they refused! Also When I went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper, they were very rude and made me stand there waiting for 10 minutes. The room itself was dirty and messy. I asked a housekeeper for a bath towel, but she refused to give me one and was also very rude. I’m never coming back here again!"

"Very disappointed at this 4 star hotel. No iron in the room, no coffee maker. Only soap and shampoo. There is a fee of 15 euros per day to rent the coffee maker, and 5 euros for the tea kettle Called the reception to ask for an iron and they say they do not have iron for the rooms and I will have to pay for the service if I need it. I was finishing my 3 week holiday travel, and stayed at 8 different hotels in 5 different countries and this is the only one I will never go back to. At check out, the hotel was charging breakfast for 2 days and I only requested breakfast for one day. They corrected the mistake, but the receptionist was giving me a hard time saying that the deal is to reserve breakfast for the whole stay, which I was never informed, and as I told him I was leaving very early in the morning and the hotel offers breakfast service beginning at 7:00 AM, so I did not needed to pay for 2 breakfasts. Not happy"
