"The kitchen was terrible—old, broken, and very dirty. The utensils were worn out and there weren't enough of them, and the overflowing bins were left open. We felt so disgusted that we decided not to cook at all. We had a room with a fridge, but the provided dishes weren't properly clean. The mattress is too thin. I would only come here again with my own camper. The pitches are clean and well-maintained, and the sanitary facilities are still quite new. However, the radio plays constantly in the bathrooms; if you have to use the toilet at night, the music wakes you up completely. Unfortunately, the staff is unfriendly."

"The unit was adequate for a two night stay. Very convenient for early morning boat trip on Doubtful Sound. Beautiful view of lake. Road a stone’s throw in front of unit but not very busy and bedroom was at the rear. Old fashioned interior and furnishings. Plenty of hot water, clean bedding and towels. No television but good WiFi. Overall we felt pricing was a bit on the high side. Parking beside unit. "

"Very nice place. Easy to walk to the Main Street with restaurants. Room was smallish but clean, nice and comfortable. Nice seating area with a sofa which is a good touch. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice and quiet, no noise from neighbours. Free parking outside your room. "
