「This is a wonderful place to stay. It has a car park at the rear and 3 parking spots at the front. It is very secure with a personal PIN provided before book in for the doors. Very clean and smart. 「This is simply the best place to stay in Lytham St Anne’s. The rooms are lovey, tastefully decorated with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is perfect, everything you could want to start the day the right way. The best thing though is the staff. 「We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.
