Ocean Front Beach Pad
The toilet never worked despite several attempts following the hosts instructions. Great view despite the bad weather. The Van needs a bit of maintenance now.

Pacific Palms Resort
Everything was good and exactly as stated. We used the pool and the hot tub. Cooked our dinner on the bbq and took it back to the apartment to eat it on the balcony (we were on the second floor overlooking the recreation area). Shopping was an easy walk. The one night stay was very easy and ...

Perfect for our requirements. Thank you. Easy hireage. Great location. Loved the rule/info list (very brief) so felt relaxed and did our group very well.

Very private 1 bedroom modern flat bordering reserve in very quite cul-de-sac
The accommodation was very clean and bordered on the beautiful parkland waterway that runs through Papamoa, so that we could walk all the way to the shops through the park and close enough to run to the beach in the morning. Very quiet spot

Handy 1 bedroom spot
This suited our needs perfectly. It was close to beach and shops . The driveway is tricky if you have a large vehicle but you can navigate it with care. We found the upstairs tenants quite noisy but in saying that we would stay there agai.
