The open-plan layout creates a seamless flow from the modern kitchen to the dining area and into the spacious lounge, where a cozy wood burner sets the scene for warm evenings during cooler months. Large windows bathe the space in natural light, while a private patio invites you to savour your morning coffee or enjoy alfresco dining in the peaceful surroundings.

Upstairs, the master bedroom opens to a balcony that frames stunning views across the lake to Acacia Bay, offering a tranquil spot to start or end your day. A second bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a convenient family bathroom with a shower over the bath complete this level.

The lower level offers even more space to relax and unwind. A second living area flows out to an expansive entertainer’s deck, ideal for hosting gatherings or simply soaking up the calm. Two additional bedrooms, both with deck access, and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower provide ample space for family or guests.

Outside, the backyard is perfect for outdoor fun, with plenty of room for relaxation or entertaining across two decks and a private patio. You can also walk to the lake, which is just 2 minutes from your doorstep.

Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your booking.The property is not fully fenced. If guests need to leave for a short time and wish to secure their pets, they may do so on the patio outside.Guests are welcome to feed their pets outside, but if it is raining, the owner allows for pets to be fed and have their water bowl placed on the hard kitchen floor only.Pets must never be left unattended inside the property or locked inside when no one is home.

great location

We were showing international visitors part of NZ. This was a great location, clean, well equipped, and plenty of space for us all. 2 minute walk to the Lake, lots of places to sit and take in the view.My only gripe is I think the rubbish removal could be included in the price, and some coffee pods provided for the machine.Other than that a lovely place to stay.
