「We had to inquire with the owner about the lodge as no information about check-in was provided in advance. However, when I inquired with the owner, she informed me immediately. The bed sheets were not set and we had to make the beds ourselves. We had to wash the sheets and towels ourselves and check out, which I would only recommend to those who have enough time. Because of the many rules, I thought it would be a problem for people staying there if they were not posted on the website.」

「kept us warm and relaxed through out our stay. place is huge with plenty of bed rooms, kitchen complete with utensils plus heaps of firewood in the main living area and outside the house.photos posted on company website made property a bit old but its not outdated to see personally. we’ll surely come back again for the next snow adventure. thank you for this place」

「We absolutely loved our stay. It was perfect for our family and even better that we could bring our dog with us. We enjoyed the beautiful birdlife, the quiet neighbourhood and the lovely local walks. We found the bach to be perfect. Really comfortable and homely. 「Tekoa Lodge was perfect for our family ski trip. House is very warm with the woodburner going. Lots of space inside and out. Very short drive to the mountain. The private bush track down the river is also very cool. We would certainly stay again. Oh, and David is an excellent communicator. 」

「Was a great place to stay for our holiday. The drive was very steep and stairs outside and inside had to be navigated with my daughter in a wheelchair but we managed. Lots of space and amazing views! A proper NZ bach feel. 」

"9月の中旬に伺いましたが、暖房設備もきちんとしており部屋も清潔で暖かく快適でした。 アメニティも揃っていますが、シャンプーやコンディショナーは固形なので手持ちのものを持ってきてもいいかもしれません。 チェックイン時間が19時までと早いので注意が必要です。締切時間を確認せずに21時に到着してしまい、宿自体に鍵がかかって入れませんでした。運良く別の宿泊者の方に助けていただき、宿に電話し鍵も受け取れましたが、周辺に他の宿もないので早めにチェックインすることをおすすめします。"
