「Great location 100 meters from a small lake surrounded by restaurant//bars with great food and value, pleasant short walk around the lake. Good size rooms, great value less than15$ night, very friendly and helpful,the Lady owner insisted on making me an excellent omelet even though I was happy with the Thai breakfast included.The bed maybe abit firm for some but Ok for us.」

「Everything was fine except the hotels physical address and the address shown on the hotels.com map are not even close. 2 km away from each other. Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. 「Einfaches Resort. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Für einen Zwischenstopp oder kurzen Aufenthalt bestens geeignet. Liegt zwischen Phetchabun und Lomsak, unweit der Hauptstrasse. Es versteht sich von selbst, dass man mobil sein muss.」

「A combination of this useless app and some idiot had placed the marker pin for this Hotel 150km away from where it actually is. So what a waste of money ! Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. Goes with out saying i will never use this app again, watch out !! If You have a genuine problem you can forget getting your money back !! 」
