This beautifully updated 1970s Kiwi bach retains its retro charm while offering modern comfort. **Special conditions & notes**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking.

- Pets - By special written permission only, pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet so this can be discussed. Special terms and a $50 pet fee will apply.

- Security cameras - For the general security of the property & guests, cameras surveil the front garden and rear stairs leading to the back garden.

- Young Children and Stairs - This is a split-level house with multiple stairs, which may not be suitable for small children who are not familiar or comfortable with navigating stairs. Please ensure they are closely supervised when moving between levels.

- Watch your step! Please familiarise yourself with the internal stairs in the home to note the uneven step heights at either the top or bottom of some of these.

- Please note that the back lawn area at Kina Beach Bach was flood-damaged during Winter and during the installation of new water tanks and drainage. The lawn area is being rehabilitated, but full restoration may take time and this area may not be fit for normal use for some time.

While not an essential amenity here, we've adjusted rates to account for this. There is a grassy reserve area just across the road behind the beach that is great for kids to play, kick a ball or throw a frisbee.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
