「部屋は清潔感があり居心地が良かったです。４歳、１歳の子供を含む家族4人での滞在でしたが快適に過ごせました。 ただ滞在直前にホテルのレストランでの夕食を予約しようとしたら満席で予約できませんでした。評判が良さそうだっただけに残念でした。ホテルでの夕飯を考えている場合は早めの予約をお勧めします。 ただ、車で少し行ったところにある家族連れでも入りやすいレストラン(チェーン店やバーですが)の場所を大変丁寧に教えてくださりとても助かりました。 今回は2月の滞在だったためぶどう畑も枯れ木のようでしたが、ちょっとした散歩道などもありいい時期に来ればさぞかし気持ちの良いところだと思いました。夜は星がたくさん見えました。」

「Lovely location and a real charachter property. The whole place was nice and clean and had all the facilities you could need. Great selection available for the continental breakfast and all presented nicely. Great comeunication from the host prior to arrival and the whole experience was very welcoming.」

「Sadly I think when we went there were less staff than required and a few things were going wrong on that day. Our rooms were not ready as the linen hadn’t arrived - but gave us a free bottle of wine for dinner to compensate so happy with that. Next day but more of a major issue! No water when it came to having a shower in the middle of the day. They did provide another room after 30mins of back and forth with reception as out in house phone didn’t work! Sadly it was just bad timing as we had a...

「This is a property without a reception desk and access is provided by a lock box key. i had a few problems downloading the key details. I emailed the property and was immediately contacted and provided with the necessary details. The property is very clean and the courtyard is a wonderful floral area. Some items of furniture were a bit tired but that is being really picky. There is no car parking outside the property but this is made clear prior to booking. There is street parking nearby.」

「It was during one of the high temperatures inEngland and tho it had two fresh air windows the host only allowed one. a small bathroom size window for ventilation plus a small fan. I asked him to open the other window / door but was denied seeming me to leave the property after one nite due to a high temp room . Host was not very helpful tho I asked to change rooms. Also no shade on deck . Would not stay here again .」
