「It truly is my home in Wollongong. So nice!」

「The all staffs are very nice and kind to me. I appreciate the housekeepers every day clean my room.」

「Great service, very efficient check in and very clean well maintained apartments.」

「Good budget accommodation close to the town centre.」

「Kula is a lovely property. The apartments are well presented, spacious and comfortable. The location is also great and walkable to the beach and mall. There were some issues with one of the lifts not working, however the team communicated quickly and clearly and it was rectified the next day. I would suggest the addition of stoppers on all of the doors, as they bang onto the wardrobe mirrors and could cause breakage. There is also one needed on the outside of the mirror bathroom cabinet.

「I am a Japanese but stayed in Wollongong several times. The room is neat and tidy. I made a mistake in checking out date, but the staff member arranged the replacement hotel etc. When I offered a tip to him, he said it is a pure duty of the hotel member and didn't accept the tip, which impressed me very much. The bistro together with the pub is cozy. Although this is not in the center of Wollongong, still conveniently located and the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in...

「Staff was nice but apartment was very dirty and amenities were so little and poor quality that can't even be used. Smelly quilt like someone already used and didn't wash it it. No internet, no smart tv, no dishwasher. Won't recommend to anyone unless it is very critical situation.」
