「I booked this hotel after reading the reviews, which highlighted clean rooms and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience at all. Check-in was quick and easy, but as soon as we opened the door to Room 115, we were hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was even worse, with a foul odour coming from the drains that resembled sewerage. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. 「We stayed at the property twice, on our way to and from Victoria. The house is in a pleasant location and well fenced for our dog. The outdoor setting is lovely and we appreciated the aircon and ceiling fans. A few larger platters and bowls would be nice. 」
