「The property is easy to access and the house is filled with natural light from the huge windows. It’s a wonderful getaway if you want to unplug and enjoy a cozy few days of quiet. We found a waterfront Mexican restaurant nearby and walked to the winery next door. It’s very clean and the host is very responsive if you have any questions. Loved drinking coffee on the deck while enjoying the peaceful pond view. Left relaxed and refreshed!」

「I was looking for a nice, quiet, and relaxing, vacation. This property did not disappoint. The house was comfortable, cozy, well stocked, and so clean. The view is incredible. Just sitting outside watching the river was so "Zen". I had one of the most restful vacations ever. I was there for a little over two weeks and I would have stayed longer if I could have, Kim, the host, was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying at this beautiful property again.」

「We had a wonderful stay. The house was just as described, a cozy cottage perfect for relaxing with beautiful riverfront views. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the living room and main bedroom we used were comfortable, and the sun porch had great views where you could relax in the AC. 「This cottage was right on the main road in Colonial Beach. It was very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The outdoor area was relaxing and had a fire pit and grill. The location was close to everything in town. You could walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants. 「This "little" cottage had enough space for comfort and was in a very quiet neighborhood. The home was clean, well stocked and inviting. This was the perfect place for a ladies getaway retreat. 「My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It’s the nicest place we’ve stayed in Colonial Beach. Dan, the host, was quick to answer any questions.
