This charming home has been recently renovated with ample natural light! Three bedrooms with queen beds. The primary suite has its own bathroom & vanity/work area. The living room has a smart tv and space for entertaining, there are several games too. The kitchen is equipped for cooking in or ordering out featuring a little coffee station and dining area. It's minutes away from the historic town of Bowling Green to eat, shop, or site see! Conveniently located between Richmond & Fredericksburg.


There are two golf courses , Pendleton and Mattaponi Springs nearby , as well as Kings Dominion! There are many local attractions too !


Fort Walker military base ( formerly A. P. hill ) is also a few minutes away as well !

Short Stay - Great Accommodations

Last minute trip and the host was very accommodating to our needs. House was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and the house had all of the amenities you could need. Would definitely stay again!

A cute little stay

This was the perfect house for our family trip. Clean and comfortable. 2 of 3 bedrooms have tvs. A carport to park under was great with the heat in July! Close to an adorable small town with pizza and ice cream shops. Close to King's Dominion and close to historical sites. Just slightly further are some nice uncrowded beaches. We had an ant issue when we first arrived, but it was quickly resolved with little to no inconvience. So happy with how our family vacation went and this house was a key piece!
