「何より特筆すべきは、従業員の方々全員、非常に感じがよく、とってもフレンドリーでした！サービスも申し分なかったです。建物の造りは古いものの、各お部屋の名前がコーヒーにちなんだ名前であったり、天蓋ベッドやさりげなく飾られている小物にセンスが感じられました。朝食会場となっているルーフットップのカフェはストーンタウンの町が一望でき、たいへん素晴らしかったです！唯一の難点は、街の中に立地していることもあり、石畳の道路をスーツケースで移動するのは大変です。ドライバーさんにお願いして運んでもらうようお願いすれば問題は解決できます。 All staff members were so friendly and great!!! 「Et steinkast fra stranda. Eierene var meget hyggelige og imøtekommende, satte stor pris på den mottakelsen. Beste pris i Nungwi så nær stranda, med kort vei til alt av restauranter og aktiviteter. Hadde rom nærmest stranda, i følge annonsen var det sjøutsikt, men det var ikke noe å skryte av. Et glimt av hav mellom en bygning og over et særdeles rustent tak var ikke rare greiene. 」

「Camere spaziose con arredamento molto semplice. Nelle nuove camere non c'è ancora la cassaforte, ma c'è la possibilità di usare quelle nella reception. Colazione buona e personale disponibile ed attento」

「AC did not work and they couldn’t fix it. The water pressure was also extremely low which made it hard to shower and even flush the toilet. There was an awesome guy working 24/7 who was trying to solve all problems. Thumbs up to him. 」

「Three staff is very accommodating, and kind. There's a nice feeling they all know you and are trying to really help. We were there 4 days and it felt like we are a little community. The rooms are comfortable, clean, hot water and good internet connection. The breakfasts are very nice. I recommend to organize all your tours through the hotel, it's easy and very reasonable prices, and you know it's all taken care of. So a lot less stressful. "This is my second stay at this hotel (the first stay was in 2020). They prepared the annex which is a bit far from main building. It is just 2-3minutes, but the restaurant and bar is at the main. (I don't know how is in the main building, but) the room of annex have no mosquito net even in Zanzibar (they said it is OK to other customers... really?). So, I needed to turn on air conditioner all time, and it made me shivering all night (air conditioner worked good enough). I wonder you can spend comfortably in this situation. And more, stairs of the annex were not stable as in my country (Japan), so I always fell down. You can enter the main building free (without showing the key or something), and this means outsider can go inside easily. OK, this is in Zanzibar, Tanzania!!"

"Staffs were very friendly and we stayed very comfortably. Thank you very much. On the other hand, we had to reserve some restaurants for dinner and they were almost full every day. It was very difficult to reserve them. We hope to improve this situation."
