Our seafront holiday Apartment has 1 bedroom located on the 4th floor with 2 elevators, 1 free covered garage space.

The Balcony has a dining table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy a stunning view of the beach and the main Corniche of Malabata.

The LIVING ROOM has an AC. The sofas sleeps 3 people, a flat 65”” Smart TV (IPTV that includes all channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime) and Wifi. It also has an Amazing view of the sea.

The KITCHEN is bright with an American style, fully equipped with a refrigerator & Freezer, Water boiler, toaster, microwave.. You will find all needed pots & pans, dishes, glasses, and utensils. We graciously provide all fresh Moroccan spices as well as tea, coffee salt and Sugar. We also have 2 bar chairs that can be used to eat or to work (a laptop monitor is available upon request (please request upon booking).

BEDROOM 1: The bedroom has an entrance to the terrace/balcony (also with Sea view).The room has also an extra AC unit for your comfort.

The BATHROOM 1: has a Full-size bathtub/shower, sink, toilet with bidet.
