ティン・タム湖 ツアーとアクティビティ

２月に3泊4日で滞在しました。常に親切に対応して頂き、とても心地良い旅ができました。 また、個人で申し込んだツアーでピックアップして貰えなかったトラブルがおきました。 その時もフロントの方が業者の方とやり取りをしてくれました。旅行の日程の都合で日にちを変えてツアーに参加する事はできませんでした。しかし、ツアー料金の返金手続きをしてもらいました。ベトナム語が話せないので、間にはいって話して貰えたのは大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。 他にも常に困ってる事はないですか？聞いて頂けて安心して旅行を楽しむ事ができました。 お部屋もとても広くて快適に過ごせました。 ホテルスタッフの方々、本当にありがとうございました。また泊まりに行きたいです。

The purpose of our trip to Vietnam this time was to stay at this hotel, which we had long wanted to experience. It took us about three hours from Hoi An, but it was truly worth it. The hotel is magnificent, beautifully renovated from an old building, and its solid, luxurious presence is something that could hardly be built today. The room we stayed in was spacious and located at the center of the property, offering stunning views that allowed us to overlook the entire building. The scenery from our room was simply breathtaking. As a special highlight of our stay, we reserved the Royal Court Cuisine dinner at the hotel restaurant. We dressed in royal costumes and enjoyed a unique dining experience at a beautifully prepared setting. Each dish was crafted with great care, and not only the flavors but also the presentation and atmosphere allowed us to fully enjoy the meal with all five senses. It was one of the most fascinating and memorable experiences we have ever had. The staff member who served us during dinner was exceptionally kind. They eased our nervousness, encouraging us to fully embrace the roles of “king and princess,” which made the evening even more enjoyable. They also explained the dishes in detail and kindly shared recommendations of places to visit in Hue, which we truly appreciated. We were also able to relax at the hotel and enjoyed a pleasant evening stroll along the nearby river, which was a delightful experience. Although the hotel is a little distant from

今回の滞在は、最初から最後まで本当に特別な体験でした。 到着時から現地の専属スタッフがついてくださり、滞在中は完全にサポートしてもらえました。専属スタッフはもちろん、他のスタッフの方々も皆さんとてもフレンドリーで、程よい距離感と温かさがあり、終始とても居心地が良かったです。 お部屋はヴィラタイプのシービューに宿泊しました。朝は海を望む素晴らしい景色とともに目覚めることができ、まさに夢見心地の時間でした。プライベートなインフィニティプールも併設されており、少し肌寒い時期ではありましたが、それでも十分に満喫できました。 食事については、周囲に外食できる環境がないため、すべてホテル内のレストランを利用しましたが、結果的には大正解でした。インルームダイニングを含めて5つほどの選択肢があり、どこもクオリティが非常に高く、連泊でも飽きることはありませんでした。特に朝食ビュッフェではシャンパンも提供されており、リゾートらしい贅沢な一日の始まりを楽しめました。 静かで非日常感あふれる空間、行き届いたホスピタリティ、美しい景色と高品質な食事。心からリラックスしたい方や、特別な記念日の滞在に自信を持っておすすめできるリゾートです。
