As a special highlight of our stay, we reserved the Royal Court Cuisine dinner at the hotel restaurant. We dressed in royal costumes and enjoyed a unique dining experience at a beautifully prepared setting. Each dish was crafted with great care, and not only the flavors but also the presentation and atmosphere allowed us to fully enjoy the meal with all five senses. It was one of the most fascinating and memorable experiences we have ever had.
The staff member who served us during dinner was exceptionally kind. They eased our nervousness, encouraging us to fully embrace the roles of “king and princess,” which made the evening even more enjoyable. They also explained the dishes in detail and kindly shared recommendations of places to visit in Hue, which we truly appreciated.
We were also able to relax at the hotel and enjoyed a pleasant evening stroll along the nearby river, which was a delightful experience.
