「Very comfy hotel in the main high street of Moira. Plenty of restaurants and foodie shops nearby.」

「We only booked one night as we didn’t know how long we needed to stay due to a family situation. The hotel kept our room open whether we used it or not and only charge for the days we are here at discounted rates. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and hugely empathetic. 」

「We had the most wonderful stay at Blackwell House in Scarva! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome — nothing was too much trouble. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, full of charm and character, with every little detail thought of to make guests feel at home. The food was incredible (and plentiful!) and the rooms were spotless, cosy, and luxurious all at once. It’s one of those rare places where you can truly switch off and relax, and yet still feel utterly spoiled....

「Stayed in this lovely guesthouse. Was just off the main road and the house itself was so beautiful. It was fabulous. Easy check in and breakfast the two mornings were so yummy. Breakfast area was so gorgeous and the staff were the nicest. Had a WhatsApp from Lynne the owner who advised about check in and breakfast etc. great communication. Loved our stay and would stay again and definitely recommend.」

Our hosts, Valerie and Ken were very knowledgable about the area and their suggestions for dining and sightseeing were excellent. It was the best B & B that I have ever stayed at. 「Minnies cottage is in the middle of very beautiful farmland, it's close to Killeavy Castle, walking distance to a nice little pub called Johnny Murphy's and a small grocery store. The hosts and the property is warm and inviting. There were 4 of us and there was lots of room, 3 couches. The owners take pride in their property, it's very well built, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend this property if you just want a couple of days in the country or are attending a wedding at the castle.」
