Beautiful lake retreat

We stay at a lot of VRBO houses and this is one of my favorites! We have stayed here twice. Best setting, beautiful home and outdoor living, all while minutes from town.

Very clean house, pool and jacuzzi. Easy instructions for everything. Near to grocery store. Short trip to Tampa Zoo and Busch Gardens. 2 hour drive to Orlando parks.

Tampa stay

This is a very nice property with an especially nice backyard. There were a few problems with the house that could have happened anywhere. Melissa, the owner was above responsive and made every effort to fix things quickly and without interruption to us. In a time when it seems that service has disappeared Melissa is a wonderful pleasure to work with.

The lakefront view is spectacular. It was very tranquil and beautiful. The owner was very responsive. Overall we really enjoyed our time in this home.

Peaceful Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for 2 full months in Sept/Oct with our infant. The home owner was beyond nice and extremely communicative. Responded promptly to any question or request. The home and lake are just as pictured. So peaceful. Great neighborhood and easy access to all. The only thing I wasn’t expecting was there are quite a bit of spiders/spiderwebs on the exterior of the home and the patio furniture. It is a lake house after all, but the furniture on the patio could use a deep cleaning. We didn’t use them, but still enjoyed the pool and the chairs on the deck. This minor complaint isn’t totally fair, because had I brought it up to the homeowner I know she would have had someone come take care of it. She was so responsive and wonderful. The lawn and pool were perfectly maintained. Overall I definitely recommend renting this home and rest assured that if anything comes up you can easily reach out to the owner for support. The view and serenity of the lake are a tiny slice of heaven.

Great location, amazing house and amenities

I stayed here with my family for the whole month of August, we were very surprised how great the neighborhood was and how the beautiful the house was. This was a rare occasion where the actual house was nicer than the pictures! The owner was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible....I high recommend this property

Relaxing on Lake Carroll

Thank you Melissa for opening your home on VRBO. Your home is one of the best properties on the lake, we spent all day enjoying watching the cranes and pelicans along with the paddle boarders and the boaters. Your location at the dead end street was so quiet and your neighbors were very nice. We also enjoyed relaxing in the pool and spa. Thank you again, Vicky

Beautiful place, with easy access to all shops and a great view of the lake

We had a most enjoyable time and really loved having the lake view. Kids loved playing in the lake. All of the shops are within 20 minutes and have great Neighbours. Melissa was there if you needed her. The property has almost everything you need and is only 20 minutes from Tampa airport and all of the shopping malls. Would definitely recommend.

Peaceful, beautiful retreat near USF

This is a beautiful home that has been completely redone. The views of the lake are amazing! So much to do, relax by the pool, go SUP around the lake, fish from the dock. It felt like we were truly away from it all at a lake resort! Owners were quick to respond and answer questions. We plan to stay here again!

Overall a great property!

The house was in great shape, and all the little details were thought out to make it a comfortable stay. The pool was a little chilly, but the spa heated up just fine, and was large enough to work just fine. The view was amazing, and the location was close to plenty to do as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing waterfront home!

The location was perfect!! Located in a quiet neighborhood but only 5-10 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and pretty much anything you would need. The home was very clean and comfortable. The owner Melissa was amazing. She supplied very detailed information regarding how to operate all the features of the home. She was very prompt with any question we had! We are already picking dates to stay here next month.
