The guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage, which is used as an owner`s closet.

On site parking is available for up to 3 cars. Uber, Lyft rideshare and food delivery services are available 24/7. The nearby parks offer ample biking trails.

**HEATED POOL is an OPTIONAL amenity. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated. To keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat the pool for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Also only available the consecutive nights of guests` entire stay; at $75 per night.

Please understand, a heated pool is NOT a hot tub. Pool heater is set to 85 degrees. Average water temperature can range +/- 3degrees; depending on weather.

Pool heating is confirmed and charged 2-3 days prior to check-in and paid through an additional money request.

While we’ve had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded). When outside temperatures drop to the 60’s and below, fluctuations in water temps should be expected and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool is professionally maintained weekly.

Please read and follow all posted house rules. Breaking house rules will result in removal from the property without refund.

- You must email a photo copy of each vehicle tag that will be parked at the property. You must email a photo of each guests photo ID. Email this information to the email address provided in the welcome message.

- No additional visitors allowed during your stay. This will be strictly monitored and violation of this rule will result in a no refund termination of your stay.

- Quiet hours are from 8pm-8am and enforced.

- Follow posted pool and hot tub rule signs.

-Watch your step as you walk outside as it has a lot of landscaping, pavers, rocks, and sprinkler pipes throughout the property.

-Supervise children and especially those who are young and can not swim while on the property.

- DO NOT switch breakers or tamper with any devices or remove light controls from the walls. Do not unplug any device from wall outlets.

-Do not touch floating pool cleaner.

-Keep front gate locked at all times.

-BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBORS.
