Family Gathering Prefect

The description and pictures are a good representation of this property. The Property Manager kept in touch and made sure I knew she was available if I needed to contact her. We stayed during Christmas and the neighborhood was beautifully decorated. A few holiday decorations were added to the inside of the property which I thought was a very nice touch. The location was great and there were many stores and shops nearby. On Christmas Day I had 13 family members over including myself and my husband and daughter; there was plenty of room to sit around and visit with family. I would definitely stay here again in the future should I come back for a stay in Tampa with my family. Thank you to the host for making this such an enjoyable vacation.

Great location

The location of this property is perfect for centrally located spot in the Tampa area. Close to a lot, but off the busy road. I appreciated the owner being communicative and forthright about use of the items in the house. What was not communicated so well were the wifi and tv use instructions.The house was clean and cute but seemed unused. That isnt bad, necessarily, just observed. Treadmill still had tags. Some odd tagged items throughout the house - like to let uou know its new or a rush iob pouring the house together??The outside area is unkempt. It is a decent sized uard for Carrollwood but weedy and not utilized. This place was perfect for a quick stay in Tampa to visit our daughter at college. Close to activities, USF, and West Tampa.

Tampa VRBO.

Nice property and amenities. Dog friendly, although we did not travel with a pet. Excellent communications with the owner and attentive to our questions and needs. We would stay there again. Thank You, Rose!

Good and bad

Layout was OK. Comfortable furniture and beds. There were plumbing issues however. Faucets spewed water. Kitchen faucet barely worked. Bathroom toilet became nonfunctional, which also affected bathtub. Clothes washer difficult to set. No grab bars in bathrooms. Lawn consisted of weeds - no grass. Nice neighborhood.

Our stay in Tampa

We loved our stay it was perfect for our early Christmas visit with our son who lives in Tampa. I loved the big couch and open room so we could all be together. We plan to book again!

Enjoyed Our Stay!

We were visiting Tampa for a USF Open House and was a little worried when I didn’t receive any information about check-in until the day of our visit. Once I heard from the host, the communication was great. We had a few minor hiccups, but got those resolved. Rose was gracious and the home was clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. Our pup was happy too! Thank you, Rose!
