A 5-bedroom, 4-bath duplex in Tampa for up to 16 guests, a 10-minute walk to Ybor City's restaurants and nightlife. This is the 5-bedroom version of the same duplex as our 6-bedroom listing, with one bedroom fewer. Two full kitchens, two living rooms, game tables and 4 baths make it a fit for reunions, wedding parties and sports weekends.

Two full homes under one roof. This Ybor-side duplex gives your group two living rooms, two kitchens, two dining tables and 5 bedrooms across two levels. Most groups put the kids and the game tables on one side and keep the other side quiet. Ybor City is a ten-minute walk when it is time for dinner.

BEDROOMS & BATHS (5 BR / 4 BA)
★ Bedroom 1 (first level): king bed with ensuite bath (tub and shower)
★ Bedroom 2 (first level): queen bed plus a bunk bed
★ Bedroom 3 (second level): king bed with ensuite bath

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
★ Setting: a residential street a 10-minute walk from Ybor City. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am; please keep noise respectful day and night so the neighbors stay happy.
★ Bathrooms & beds: 4 baths for up to 16 guests. 2 king suites have ensuite baths; 3 rooms have a queen bed plus a bunk bed.
★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet. Pets must be disclosed before arrival; undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.
★ Fees: the base rate covers 8 guests, then $15 per night for each additional guest above 8. Early check-in or late check-out is $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping is $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may carry an extra cleaning fee.
★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check. The booking guest must be 25 or older. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.
★ Beach gear: beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available to rent during your stay; message us for pricing and availability.
