This house was overall a decent place to stay. There is one very major issue they do not advertise. The PRIVATE pool is monitored by the owners personal video camera system. You have no privacy in the pool. There were four women in our group who were all very uncomfortable with this. So we put a bag over the camera while occupying the house. We immediately received a message from the owner to remove it or we would be kicked out. When I voiced concern about being watched in the pool they mocked me saying “who would want to watch your family swim”. Well clearly they were as the moment it was blocked they were furious. We decided to live with the invasion of privacy and stayed.
House is generally clean, but needs maintenance. Master bath sink drain clogged, secondary bath shower drain clogged, kitchen overhead light burned out, no replacement bulbs available, master bedroom door will not close tight, and bedroom that used to be the garage is very hot. If you can overlook all this, it’s an ok place to stay I guess. Their defense to the camera pointed directly at the pool is that there is one small sentence buried in the multi page contract.
