RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Contract must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
✔️ Minimum age to rent: 21 years old (Photo ID required for verification).
✔️ Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

OPTIONAL DAMAGE PROTECTION:
✔️ Guests may add optional damage protection for an additional fee.
✔️ This coverage is required for guests with an overall rating of 4.8 stars or lower or for those with any previous reviews mentioning property damage.

VIOLATION FEES:
Please note that the following fees may be applied if house rules are not followed or additional cleaning/maintenance is required:
✔️ Evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home or outside on the property – $500 per incident
✔️ Evidence of unauthorized pet - $500 + immediate eviction of guests
✔️ Evidence of pet waste - $100 per pile
✔️ Excessive trash, food, or debris left behind – $150
✔️ Poor hot tub maintenance (accidents, contamination, excess oils, sand, or debris, or anything requiring extra chemicals or draining) – $500
✔️ Unauthorized guests or parties – Up to $10,000 + immediate eviction of pet(s) and/or guests
✔️ Missing or damaged linens, towels, or home items – $50+ (based on item)
✔️ Late checkout without prior approval – starts at $100 per hour and up to the entire reservation cost of our next guests
✔️ Tampering with cameras, Wi-Fi, safety devices, or pool equipment – $500 + immediate eviction of guests
