"The bottom of my room door was broken, so it was extremely difficult to close. The comforter had a weird stain on it, we asked for a new one and never got it. The shower head was covered in some kind of lime scale and didn’t look like it had been changed or cleaned ever. There is no closet or anywhere to hang clothes that need to be on a hanger. There is no streaming on the TV. The pool was not clean, and it seems like they just chlorine so you have a film on your skin. The breakfast was subpar. It needs a lot of upgrading and care, especially for people’s safety. A broken door is unsatisfactory."
