Unit was clean and well-equipped. Overall, it was roomy but the bedroom is quite small. The development is fairly basic but located in a nice spot on the water. Pool is also small but serves its purpose. The the restaurant at the pool is also pretty basic but OK for a light breakfast or lunch.

Host communication was great, room was clean and as described. My visit was for business and the location was perfect. Close to St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport and the Tampa Convention center. Had everything I needed plus more. Plenty of close places to eat and overall was a great stay.

Great stay!

Kids had a blast. Pool and tiki bar were just want we needed! Close to the beaches and to Tampa. We’ve stayed at the Sailport before and the hurricanes have done a number on the deck but things appear to be getting fixed up quickly.

Short Stay

Great place for a quick trip th the Tampa area. It's ten minutes from the airport with fabulous views. There is a nice pool with a small bar/restaurant poolside. The complex is very clean and safe with a monitored gate.
